First Meeting, Prague, held on 12-14 September 2016

  • Third day: (4 hours) planning activities

The Prague meeting is the first of the project, it follows several preparatory Skype calls among the partners. The meeeting aims to get to know each other and to identify the experiences, point of view and the work planning of the project in the follow months.

The meeting focuses on objectives, actions, results, general and specific, quantitative and qualitative indicators and the partecipants discuss how to achieve them. It’s an opportunity for a first sharing of good practices among partners with regard to antibullying policies and to sketch out the baseline of the research (WS1).

About the training activities toward school communities during the meeting the partecipants define the basis for a shared methodology about the training activities, in particular with students, and the calendar of training activities with reference to national school calendar (WS2).

Finally, the partners discuss the modalities of organization, information and dissemination of the project results and outputs. In particular the first output of the meeting is the launching of the project website (WS3).

Due to the delay of the date of the meeting, the partnership has organized several skype call-conferences and Q&A sessions about management-administrative issues (Administrative Quick Start of the Project) and operative activities of the Project (Work Streams 1 – 2 – 3).
