The conception, design and implementation of the “Bullying Radar” is one of the results of the “Build Future, Stop Bullying” project.

Bullying Radar is an information technology tool designed to analyse the sentiment about bullying in schools. The different actors (students, teachers, parents) can anonymously record their feelings (of danger, risk, security) about bullying, using the metaphor of the traffic light for the recordings. The statistical collection of these records provides a snapshot of the climate in schools with graphic evidence. The Bullying Radar tool can thus help school officials to improve preventive actions and reveal bullying situations.

The implicit proposal of Bullying Radar is that the objective and collective detection of social phenomena is possible: an experimental and completely innovative attempt.

Bullying Radar has been designed to be easily used both by computer and mobile device.
